Cancellation Policy

The following applies to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. Customers who purchase for business purposes (e.g. agencies) are not entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal described below.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

For contracts for the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium (such as our browser extension, API key, and chat credits), the right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By requesting immediate delivery of the digital product at checkout, you give this consent and confirm this acknowledgement.

Chat credits already used

The chat credits you purchase are a digital service that is performed (used up) as you run conversations. Where you have requested that we begin performance during the withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal lapses for every chat credit that has already been used by the time you declare your withdrawal: to that extent the service has already been performed at your request, so the amount attributable to used credits cannot be refunded. Any statutory right of withdrawal in respect of credits that are still unused remains unaffected.
